Of course Louisville Slugger always makes top-notch sports'equipment and this is no exception. Well made, comfortable, nice look, and fast shipment.

But I would like to commend Amazon.com as well. When placing my order I accidentally ordered a left-throwing glove (to fit on the RIGHT hand). But since I am right-handed I need a glove to fit on the left hand. I placed my order, paid for it, and then the following day I noticed my error when reading my invoice. Contained within my invoice message was the alert that at this point orders could NOT be deleted, altered, or ammended in any way. I feared I would have to wait and receive the left-handed glove then go through the hassle of returning it. But I sent an e-mail to see if there was still time to correct my mistake. Within a few minutes Amazon.com contacted me and said the correction had been made and everything was ready to ship.

This type of quality service is rare for companies as large as Amazon.com. I am SOLD! Amazon.com will always be my first choice for online shopping. They were professional, accomodating, and efficient. Other companies could learn some important lessons by following Amazon.com's example.
