Medium size fits LARGE dog!! Great Value.
I bought the medium size duvet, immediately washed it,(did beautiful through wash & dryer),then stuffed it with foam and recycled clothes. Our boxer loves it. She now chooses her Molly Mutt bed over sleeping in between us in ours. The beautiful pattered fabric is thick, good quality cotton canvas but not rough or scratchy. didn't last as long as the first one
This is my second Molly Mutt cover and my last. For some reason this one was not as well put together as the first. While I know my dog has some sharp teeth this cover did not last as long as the first one. The material seemed thinner and when he was trying to drag it across the floor it ripped immediately while the first one was able to withstand much more dragging...

I bought the medium size duvet, immediately washed it,(did beautiful through wash & dryer),then stuffed it with foam and recycled clothes. Our boxer loves it. She now chooses her Molly Mutt bed over sleeping in between us in ours. The beautiful pattered fabric is thick, good quality cotton canvas but not rough or scratchy. Even our very large bloodhound mix like to nap on it- and she fits comfortably on the medium size. Unless you have 2 large dogs sharing one bed or a dog the size of a small pony- choose the medium and save some money & space. I'm thrilled with this dog bed and will buy a back-up duvet for when this one wears out in a few years. Great value item.

molly mutt bed cover, April 9, 2009
this is a well made cover of heavy canvas like material that should provide many years of service. We placed 4 standard pillows inside and they worked great.

Love It!!!, October 23, 2009
This duvet cover is such a great idea. The colors match my room and my bedspread perfectly. I also love the fact that you can put whatever kind of stuffing it in that you want. I used the cusion from my dogs old bed and a memory foam pad left over from college. My dog Brady approves too. I got the medium size and my dog is about 40lbs and the size is just right for him. He can sprawl out or curl up. Its very easy to take apart to wash or just vacuum the hair for a quick cleaning. The material is also very durable.

Stylish, comfy and clever, June 1, 2009
We love our new dog bed - the dog does, too, as well as the cats who won't stay off it when the dog isn't using it. The playground love pattern is so stylish and actually complements our decor rather than detracting from it. I also really appreciate that we can use our old pillows and clothes to fill it - great idea. We're ordering another set for the bedroom and an extra duvet cover so that we can rotate patterns.

molly mutt is great, October 1, 2009
We bought the large for our Australian Sheppard to sleep on at night.
The size is more than ample as I fit 3 king size pillows inside and could probably stuff a little more.
We've had for a few months, washed it a few times and still is as good as new. The fabric is durable not to mention stylish.
Thinking about getting a 2nd for the living room!

Great Idea, September 17, 2009
I love this duvet cover. Its so nice to be able to easily clean the dog bed and it was a great use for some old pillows and sheets. I actually ordered a second one after receiving my first so that both dogs can have a great, cleanable bed.

My new Golden Retreiver puppy loves this bed. I went to Costco & purchased a large bed and used this cover. It's really easy to clean and looks great in my living room.

Such a clever idea!!!, August 4, 2009
With six furry beings in our house, the dog and cat beds take a beating. We're forever washing them, and cleaning the fur out of the washer.
No more! These duvets are very sturdy, easy to vacuum, and easy to throw into the wash. Cute patterns make them even more special.

Practical, economical, comfortable! Two paws up!, January 17, 2010
I've bought three medium Molly Mutt dog duvet's. My dog loves this product. The designs are decorator friendly. Made of rugged fabric, the dog duvet unzips and washes up nicely in the washing machine.
As other reviewers have noted, you can insert old clothing and bedding to create a very comfortable bed for your pooch. I've enjoyed success inserting two king sized pillows into the medium Molly Mutt duvet for a very comfy setup. Specifically, these pillows Dream Supreme Plus 100% Gel Filled King Pillows, Set of 2 from Amazon work well. The total cost of the pillows and the Molly Mutt duvet are decently cheaper than less attractive setups from many other mail order companies.

Great Solution, December 17, 2009
We have bought too many beds over the years for our dogs and cats. None have lasted and many do not have replacement covers or inserts for the beds. Molly Mutt Covers are attractive, durable, and wash well. We used old foam inserts cut to fit our new covers and the dogs love their beds. The cats also love them and often sleep with the dogs or take over one of their beds. What a hoot. But if you want a good solution to having enough beds and covers, this is it.
