Works well with my Canon 7D DSLR
I purchased this card for my Canon 7D DSLR and it's video mode (1080p). Since the camera consumes about 4GB per 12 minute clip, this card is good for around 48 minutes of 1080p 30/24 or 720p 60 video. The card appears fast enough to keep up with the high bitrate capture of the 7D's video mode. Be warned, however, it is not fast enough for continuous (high-speed) JPEG...

Too Unreliable for RAW
These Kingston cards are simply too unreliable when shooting RAW to recommend use. Which is unfortunate as the card is a tremendous value, from a good brand name.

Be warned, however, it is not fast enough for continuous (high-speed) JPEG and/or JPEG-RAW capture. The 7D can be a speed demon at up to 8fps at full resolution. I also have Sandisk Extreme III cards (30MB/s) and they are noticeably faster. I can fill the buffer with the Kingston card, but not the Sandisk.
That said, this card is about 1/2 the price of the Sandisk Extreme, and since I mainly wanted the card for HD Video capture, it performs up to my expectations. I've also had a 16GB version of this card for over a year and used it with my Canon 50D with no issues.
I have NOT experienced any data corruption issues with this 32GB card or the 16GB card I've had for over a year. I would not hesitate in buying another one and plan on it very soon.

for other reviews of this card. The card seems to work just fine in JPEG mode, but fails on say 1 in 50 RAW images. I use dual record (JPEG and RAW simultaneously) and have yet to have a JPEG fail, but frequently the RAW version of the image is corrupt. This has occurred on multiple camera bodies (D300 and D700) for me, and from the other reviews, for multiple people.

Have this card for more than one month, it has been working great in my 5D MKII. Filled it once with RAW and H.264 videos. It is great to have 32GB on a vacation, it fills up pretty quick though.
No problem so far.

I bought this card right before 7 weeks vacation and 5DII easily fill it in a few days. I shoot RAW + small JPG as well as video, and sometimes use contiuous mode. I never see buffer is full and I need to wait to shoot next picture. Only in one occasion I saw the ruler for buffer when I shoot video, but it did not stop the video shooting and disappeared within one second.
I also have Lexar 300X and Sandisk 200X CF cards. When you use continous mode to shoot RAW and wait the camera to flush the buffer to CF card, they are faster than Kinston card, but even when it is flushing the buffer, you can still take pictures. So this is not a problem unless you want to shoot like a machine gun.
Quality wise, this is the 5th Kingston CF card I am using, I had 256MB, 2 2GB's, 4GB, and this 32GB card. I never have a problem with them.
I highly recommend this if you are looking for a economic solution for your 5D2 and will not shoot in continous mode forever.

I purchased this card for use in my Canon 7D. I was interested enough in its performance to set up a measurement test. Using a fresh battery and a tripod, I measured the number of RAW exposures that my camera would take by shooting continuously for a solid minute. Ignoring the 15 shots that the camera itself will buffer, I was able to take 53 shots in 58 seconds. This boils down to a write speed of about 22.8 MB per second. That actually exceeds the performance claimed by Kingston for this card.
Using the camera, I then downloaded all of these photos to my computer and measured the time. The rate ended up at approximately 17.5 MB per second--just a little below the maximum speed claimed by Kingston.
All in all, the performance is very close to what you'd expect. If you're not shooting too many motor-drive action shots, you should be quite happy. Only time will tell as concerns the cards long-term reliability. If it fails, you can be sure I'll be back to update this review.

I bought two to replace my 16GB PQIs which are 120x and rarely buffers. Both replacement 133x 32GB skips and buffers every so often and pauses when I need to review. The straight copy/write speed is good but its between operations that it's slow. I use a Canon 7D to record mostly in 1080 24fps, its worrying when I see the buffer icon go all the way to max when I'm scrambling to catch an event happening now. For staged shots this is okay. For run-and-gun I'm keeping my PQIs.

A GREAT BUY. USED SINCE JUNE 2009.
I'm going to buy another one again for my new Canon 7D camera which I got for this Christmas season. I have used this card in my Canon 5D and Canon Rebel XT without fail doing time lapse videos (thousands of pics brought into a movie) and travel photography. Not a single point of failure. This is an Amazon verified purchase. In other words, I BOUGHT THIS and I USE IT. Enough said.

Great card at a great price, except it is slowwww. On my D700, it takes an eternity to pull up images for review. I have to press the play button and wait 5 seconds. Unacceptable during a fast paced shoot. Either get a faster card or one with smaller capacity (like 8GB). Remember that this affects the speed at which images will download to your computer after the shoot (typically takes hours for me). Camera also reported random card errors, which were fixed by reinserting card -- scary! Never actually lost an image, but the possibility may exist. Stay away if you're a pro or wannabe pro. Card is probably just great for a landscape photographer on a long holiday.

I use these for HD video on a 7d and 5d and they have worked really well for me. Every once and a while I have when I hit record I have to wait 2 seconds while it buffers but that is maybe once per 2 hours of shooting. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I'm not using this in a camera, rather it's used in a Sound Devices 788 T audio recorder. Sound Devices recommends "the use of UDMA x300 CF cards for 8+ track recording." This Kingston 32GB CF is not a UDMA card and it's rated for only 133x. Recording 8 channels of 24/96 kHz works out to 2.2 MB/s. Running the 788T's speed test on this Kinston CF resulted in a rate of 4.9 MB/s; fast enough in theory. I recorded about 3.5 hours of 8 channel 24/96 without a hitch, so it seems fast enough in practice also.
