My 6YO Niece Loved It
So I got this for my niece because she likes HM and I realized I had about 2 hours to pick her out a gift if it was going to arrive on time.
She was ecstatic when she opened it up - shes had a lot of fun playing it so far. The little mini-games are easy enough to understand and they're actually pretty fun.

not sure about it yet
My 9 year old daughter got it for xmas today, and has just informed me that she has already beat the game. That's very disappointing to me. I told her to wait a day and to try tomorrow to see if at least the game starts over again. Otherwise, that's almost twenty bucks for a couple hours of playing.

So I got this for my niece because she likes HM and I realized I had about 2 hours to pick her out a gift if it was going to arrive on time.
She was ecstatic when she opened it up - shes had a lot of fun playing it so far. The little mini-games are easy enough to understand and they're actually pretty fun.
I've never written a review, but after seeing a 1-star review saying a 7 year old couldn't read the text I felt compelled. My niece is by no means a child prodigy and she seems to have gotten it just fine. And lets be honest - does she understand or does she just play to have fun? The story probably follows the movie and I think if she was really into the story aspect she'd be able to get it.
Anyway, I'm going to live out my small moment of glory of being the cool uncle. If you've got a little girl who likes HM, this is a good pick.

I got this game for Easter and it was fun at the first concert(which was at the beginning of the game). When you are in the concert you can dance, sing, drum, play the guitar, and the keyboard. After the first two songs you perform Miley's dad thinks she needs to go visit her grandma's farm in Tennessee. Then the screen turns black and you are Miley at her grandma's house. You can help Lucas, one of the farm workers build a chicken coop and earn money to spend on clothes and help grandma with the fundraiser to save the Meadows from a mall being build there. Then grandma tells Miley to go to the fair. Jackson calls at one point in the game and tells Miley he is being attacked by ostriches. You go to the petting zoo and help him earn money to spend on pretty clothes. You can design all the clothes you collected and make them prettier. To do that during the game, press the clothes hanger on the touch screen and press Hannah. Go to the plastic model in her bus to start. Anyway ,THIS IS AN AWESOME GAME FOR HANNA MONTANA LOVERS!

I found this game fun but it was to easy. I beat the game in less then a day. While it is a game that i will play again i had hope based on the promotion that it would be more then it was. I was a little disappointed that the ad is more for the wii game not the ds (i think they should point out in the ads that the two games are not exactly the same) so the game did not have some of the levels i expected it to.
If you liked the highschool musical games and the other hannah montana games then you will like this one.
I recomend this game for any hannah montanna fan.

I bought this for my grand-daughter who love Hanna Montana. When she opened the gift she screamed to the top of her voice and said THANKS GRANDMOM! Seeing the excitment on her face made it all worth every penny.

NOT for girls in the age 6-7 range!!!, November 24, 2009

This game is way too advanced for my first grader. She is a big Hannah fan and a good reader for her age, but there was no way she could handle reading all the text that explains the game. Games that require constant adult intervention are no fun for kids or parents!!! This might be great for older girls, though ...

My 7 year old daughter just got a Nintendo DS for her birthay. She has been waiting for "Hannah Montana The Movie" to come out. I was online and know they do sell movies for the Nintendo DS. I searched under movies and this came up. I got it in 3 days, but when we opened it I was very dissapointed. Nowhere in the description does it say it is a game it does not say "Hannah Montana The Movie" game on the cover. None the less my 7 year old was very unhappy, she could care less about the game. There is quite a bit of reading on an advance level for a 1st grader. I had to sit with her to explain what she was being asked to do. Had I known this information before making the purchase that can now not be returned, I would have NEVER ordered it. This was my first and probably my last purchase. I like to know exactly what I am getting.
