Perfect mini-straightener
I love how easy this is to travel with and store. It heats up in seconds and maintains heat throughout use. The best part is being able to straighten all of my hair since it gets close & personal with my scalp (having short hair none of my larger straightners work for me).

I little too hot
I bought this little flat iron for traveling. And it is great for that. It saves allot of room in my suitcase over my Chi. the plates are smooth and my hair slides right through. My only complaint is that it gets a little too hot. I wouldn't use it everyday because of this.

Perfect mini-straightener, September 9, 2008

Note of caution: Be careful using it around children--the plate gets really hot and could burn you if you're not careful.

great little product, February 9, 2009
This mini travel straightener heats up very quickly. There is no temperature control, but it seemed just right. My hair came out shiny and straight. It did not come with any kind of sleeve, which would have been a plus, since I pop it in my bag right after use. I made one using a folded potholder.

This is the best iron I have ever used. I have 3. I have one at home, one at work and one in my car.

very good for the price, August 24, 2009
I bought this flat iron some months ago and just used it today. I really like it alot, my hair is short and the plates are really good for that. It does get very hot and I do use it everyday, so hopefully with the latest in technology it will not ruin my hair. The only down side is that I cannot get to close to my roots but other then that so far so good.

Works great, but not quite right., February 7, 2010
This review is from: Babyliss Pro BABNT3050 Compact Nano Titanium Inch Straightening Iron, 1/2" (Health and Beauty)
I've had mine for several months now and after lots of practice I can get long-lasting curls (even overnight) in my normally straight hair. It's very hot and even a slight touch to my neck sends shock waves. My only problem is it states that it doesn't pull hair, just glides right through. Well, the one I received comes together at the tip first, and no amount of hard squeezing will make the rest of the flat pieces actually touch (when held up to the light, light shows through, except for the very tip). This causes problems when trying to curl thin amounts of hair, like the wispy stuff close to my face. Since the tip comes together first, this causes my hair to get pinched in it as I'm pulling it through, and only with extreme carefulness can I manage not to get my hair caught. Overall, I really like it, I just want one that doesn't pinch my hair - ouch!

like my hair, November 9, 2009
Bought this small flat iron to use around my temples and close to my scalp. It does work good for that, however it is STILL a hot iron and will burn if it touches scalp/skin! I have thick curly hair and would never think that this small and cute thing would work for that. I use a bigger one for most of my hair, then this for touch ups.

Fantastic buy, November 7, 2009
I can't believe this little iron is so cheap... I purchased it over a year ago and absolutely love it!! It's sooo small and heats up amazingly quickly. I honestly have no complaints. Originally it was just for travel, but I've gotten to where I use it daily instead of my Chi!

Not recommended for thick/long hair, May 17, 2009
When this straightening Iron first arrived I was very skeptical, but once I tried it, it seemed to work perfectly except that it would take double the amount of time to straighten then it would with a regular straightener. I would not recommend this to anyone with long and thick hair.
