Ace Bayou V Rocker
Overall, this is a good V rocker. Its great for watching TV, Movies and video games. Its also stylish and affordable. Now there is no side storage on this V Rocker, and its also not electronic which means you can't hook up you MP3 players, TV or video game systems. There are no speakers for any of that. But besides that, its comfortable. If you lean back to far, it will...

Not good for extended play, Uncomfortable
I play video games for about an hour or so a night and needed something more comfortable to sit on while playing. Ace Bayou V Rocker, August 11, 2009
If you lean back to far, it will go back on you and that's uncomfortable. Its not made to sleep on either. But if you looking for a comfortable way to watch movies, TV or play video games for a while, this is a nice chair. Now depending on how big and tall you are can also make a difference as well. I'm 5'6"(at least for now) and it fits me well.

Not good for extended play, Uncomfortable, April 21, 2009
I play video games for about an hour or so a night and needed something more comfortable to sit on while playing. I found I was getting neck and back pain on my couch and chairs and was looking for something to help with that. This chair is nooo good. I tried it and it was better then what I was using but after a half hour I was very uncomfortable on it. I am an adult and you can not lean back in the chair otherwise you will find yourself laying on your back with your feet in the air! It still creates a strain on your neck due to that fact. I have returned this chair to amazon and since ordered another one that I believe will be a winner. I would not recommend this to anyone especially an adult.
I ended up buying the Pyramat S1500 W chair and it was PERFECT! While I didn't need the wireless speakers that it comes with Amazon had the best price of any store or site at $89. Most other places average price was $120. Great chair and worth the money.

Good but not great, February 8, 2010
If you look at this video rocker for what it is and not what it could be i think you will love it.
First off, the rocker looks very nice, especially the black one with the red stripe (the one I got). The material is very tight around the wood its made from making the rocker much more comfortable than others I've had before. Like a lot of other inexpensive video rockers its great for two or three hours of watching TV, or web surfing but not so much for extended use. There is not that much support for the neck area which is why extended use is not ideal. It's the perfect size for someone like me (5'10) but I don't think it would be as comfortable for someone more than six feet tall.
All in all If you want a nice simple, affordable, and fairly comfortable video rocker than this is the one for you, but if you are looking for a more features like arm rests, and wireless audio then you might want to check out the Cohesion XP 10.2 Gaming Chair. http://www.amazon.com/Cohesion-Gaming-Chair-Wireless-Audio/dp/B002MZNLFM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1265648606&sr=1-1

Great Chair, January 15, 2010
I read the other reviews for this product, and I have to say that the negative ones I read were wrong. This is the typical design for this kind of chair. A chair like this does roll back easily, if used incorrectly. The people who said that they kept falling back, obviously have no idea how too sit in this type of chair. I have owned several of this type of chair in my life, and they have always been great, this chair is no different. I love this chair, and will continue too buy them in the future. As long as you are not a giant, then you will be fine sitting in it. I have even been able to fall asleep in this chair.

Even your cat will like this chair, July 17, 2010
My gaming experience was changed in June 2010-- due in part to my new LG 37ld450 flat screen tv, and due in part to this Ace Bayou floor chair.
I primarily wanted a low-built rocking chair, so that I may lean back and gaze up comfortably at my television screen. And I'm glad to say that this chair has worked. I was dissatisfied, though, to discover that there is no cushion padding on the seat of this chair. The construct is simply vinyl stretched over a wooden frame; so, unlike the puffy Amazon pictures, you will likely get some sag at the seat. I am 5'10" 155 lbs and spend about 4 hours each day in this chair, and sag has been my result.
The wood frame seems very sturdy, which will likely reward you with longevity. Also, it can provide as a makeshift weapon by swinging the chair at the head of an intruder or foe. However, with prolonged sittings, you will notice a couple of 1/2" lines dug into your carpet at the two areas where the base makes contact with the floor. But from my experience, the indentions will go away with a little manipulation (i.e. brushing your hand back and forth).
Also, if you want to game shirtless, you may want to try another chair. I do not normally boast my bare chest, but on a humid day I tried gaming with no shirt and the vinyl would stick to my skin like notebook paper superglued to a desk. Prying my skin from the seat resulted in my back having to borrow skin from my butt. I only joke, but it wasn't comfortable.
As I've mentioned, there are a list of Pros and Cons for this chair. Is the Ace Bayou the most comfortable gaming chair on the market? Probably not. But unless you're willing to spend over a hundred dollars, you likely will not acquire such a chair. To be certain, I do recommend this chair. I often game and used my laptop for prolonged hours in this seat, and I have liked it. And for $25 (color prices vary), you can't beat it. If it means anything, sometimes my cat and I have to fight over who gets to use it.

Does The Job, April 23, 2010
Just received the product. Purchased it to play my PS3. The surface looks like some sort of cheap pleather and the entire surface looks like it might tear easily. It's not very sturdy and I'm skeptical how much this thing will last after some use. However, for the money it works well and does the job. Contrary to other reviews, I didn't have any problems with it rocking over. I'm 5'10 and 160lbs, and it's almost impossible for me to rock it over. For the price, I can totally recommend it for a cheap alternative.

Great for kids - not for adults, September 5, 2010
This is advertised as an adult chair, but it is pretty narrow and the edges of the seat back are not well-padded. However, my kids love them and they have withstood a lot of abuse. My kids are always rocking them over, standing on them, etc... Worth the price, but not a super-comfortable, adult-sized chair. Not sure why they are called "Video Rocker", as there are no A/V hookups.

Gets the Job done..., August 31, 2010
Not the best chair out there but for the price, I'd say it's worth it. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and I got tired of sitting on the floor so I thought I'd take a chance with this chair. Feels like it was well built and the different colors are cool but like other reviewers have posted, it can become uncomfortable after sitting on it for long period of time. Luckily for me I only use it for short periods(1-1&1/2 hours) for gaming. As the title says, it gets the job done for me so I'm happy with my purchase.

odd shape, August 16, 2010
this chair is oddly shaped, and it is hard to stay seated in the chair. the angle betweent the back of the chair and the seat is quite large, and if you lean back, you can't see stright forward you are looking pretty far up. You also may tip backwards, as the angle is so severe
