Sensor Bar Extension Wire
We have a wall mounted TV and a in wall component rack that is about 15 feet away. We put the Wii in the cabinet, but could never get the wireless sensor bars to work very accurately. So, we bought this extension cable, ran the wire through the wall with the other TV wires and use the sensor bar that came with the Wii. With the 6 or so feet of the wire already attached...

Does Not Work!
My sensor bar works fine when plugged directly into Wii. With the extnesion cord in between it doesn't work. Must be a bad cord.

Sensor Bar Extension Wire, October 22, 2009
Fun:
This review is from: 18 foot long Sensor Bar Extension Cable for Nintendo Wii (Video Game)
With the 6 or so feet of the wire already attached to the sensor bar, we had plenty with this extra 15 feet to make the route to the wall cabinet. I am not sure why, but it simply works 10X better than the 3 wireless bars we wasted money on. I, and the kids, are VERY HAPPY with this product!
Update: We have been using this for about a year now - still no issues!

Put the Wii sensor anywhere you want, September 12, 2009
This review is from: 18 foot long Sensor Bar Extension Cable for Nintendo Wii (Video Game)
Bought two of these and strung them together to run the sensor bar to the front wall of a home theater, when all of the game consoles are on a shelf in the back of the room. Works great.

Nice when you want to save your money on batteries, April 16, 2009

This review is from: 18 foot long Sensor Bar Extension Cable for Nintendo Wii (Video Game)
I put two of these together to get 30 feet of extension, and it works very well. I had the Nyko wireless bar and the timer feature was cute, but this is much better. I want to forget about my sensor bar and not have to change batteries. And with Amazon Prime, 2 of these was actually cheaper than one of the battery powered bars. Very happy with it.

great item, simple yet very useful, April 16, 2009
Fun:
This review is from: 18 foot long Sensor Bar Extension Cable for Nintendo Wii (Video Game)
This item worked great. I needed to be able to mount the sensor bar under the plasma tv and run the wiring through the wall so it was concealed. This item worked great for that application. I didn't want to deal with replacing batteries in a wireless sensor bar, so this seemed like the logical choice. I'm very happy with it.

Works great and as advertised. Ran the cable through the wall, about 14 feet, to the TV from the component rack. Zero problems.

This cable works as advertised. Just be careful if you are going to be pulling it through the wall as it is pretty thin.

Wii Sensor Extension - Works!, October 30, 2009
This review is from: 18 foot long Sensor Bar Extension Cable for Nintendo Wii (Video Game)
I used this cord to run through the wall from the TV to the Wii about 20 feet away. I read that the plug does not "snap" in to the original cord, so I did wrap the junction in electrical tape. I hooked it right up and the kids said it has been working fine for the past 2 weeks. So, two thumbs up!
