LATE!!!
My bassinet was estimated to be delivered between 7 and 12 July. I didn't receive it until the 16th which was after the baby shower it was intended for.

The Kolcraft Contours Classique 3-in-1 Bassinet is the best bassinet I've found and at a great price! It's sturdier and better-looking than most moses baskets and has an overall more elegant/sophisticated feel. The bassinet itself is a little heavy since I'm 5 foot tall, but is very portable and keeps my 2 month old daughter comfortable and secure. As an added bonus, the stand turns into a changing table (which I can't say I use, but is nice to have.) The baskets and the diaper holder are a nice touch, although I have to agree with other reviewers that the diaper holder could have been made to fit more securely. (It fits onto the stand with velcro which means it can't hold much, but then again, newborn to 4 month old diapers don't weigh much anyway :) Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it to prospective buyers!

Great Bassinet, February 23, 2010

I purchased this bassinet because I did not have room to put up the big pack n play bassinet in our bedroom. It arrived in perfect condition, and my husband put it together with no trouble.I found this to be very sturdy. My 2 1/2 year old would even try to climb it (while we were right there) to see the baby, and it never once wiggled. I found it to be very convenient. I had it right next to my side of the bed. The diapers were in arms reach. I used the changing table as a shelf to hold blankets and such. The baskets on the bottom were used to hold her clothes. I did, however, purchase a separate bassinet mattress as the one that comes with it, is very thin. That shouldn't deter anyone from purchasing this bassinet.
There is plenty of room in the moses basket for even big babies. My daughter had RSV and I was able to elevate to mattress and she was still comfortable and safe.

I really like this. I love combo units that serve multiple purposes. The design is a little darker in person than what I thought it would be but I still like it. The only thing I don't really care for is the changing table. While it is still good to use, it is difficult to hook onto the top of the unit but it is nice for a quick change as we have this basinett in our bedroom for when the baby sleeps at night. Otherwise, we use the actual changing table dresser that is in the nursery to change baby girl throughout the day.

Useful, and cute Bassinet, March 16, 2010

My wife and I selected this bassinet for our first child in January.
Very easy to put together, love using the hooded cover, the changing table is very conveient. Addition, this thing is on wheels, so it's very mobile. We also loved how the end pockets can pretty much hold anything, from diapers, to creams, etc.
Cons were that the steering was a little awkward, the frame, although durable, still squeaks and wobbles.
Overall, we recommend this bassinet because it's useful and functional.

Someone wrote that the pad was too thin. I have looked at many bassinets and all the pads are thin. Yes it was thin, but my baby slept very well in it and never seemed uncomfortable. She used it for about 2 and half months. It wheels around which was great. I had my mom staying with me and she was able to wheel into room. It also was wheeled to other rooms around the house as well. The storage under the bassinet was very useful and the diaper storage bag on the side held quite a few diapers. I was very happy with the product.

Must Have For A New Baby, April 19, 2010

This bassinet is great because it is very versatile. Moreover, it is very easy to put together. The best part about it is the Moses bed feature allowing you to carry the baby any where without taking the whole bassinet. The wheels are very sturdy, allow for easy movement, and the wheel locks are hair-trigger but very effective. Also, the diaper pocket holds plenty of diapers. The pad is very soft and makes for a great sleep for our baby. We give this bassinet our highest and strongest recommendation.

Beware, not at all as pictured!, July 25, 2010

I was so excited when my bassinet arrived and when we took the product out I was so disappointed to find that the wood was very red and not at all dark brown (espresso) as pictured. Also, I thought the fabric was cream and beige but really it is two different shades of beige. Not only were the colors off but two of the snaps were broken and in the instructions it clearly stated that not securing the snaps completely could result in infant death. What a hassle that we have to disassemble, pack up and return this item.

Pretty solid bassinet., July 13, 2010

Bought this for one of the girls in the office who just had a baby. It's convenient bc it has wheels and is easy to move, doesn't take up too much space. Its not the tightest hold, but it's pretty sturdy. It is a pain to assemble by yourself, but all in all, I'm happy with the purchase.
