For tha price,,,Should have included some memory..
....but other than the mem card not being included,,this recorder is an ace player and since i have SD cards lying around,I put a 4 gig in and I have 137 plus hours of rec time at HQLP mode..Mic pics up Very clear from a distance....
Unlike the 700D,
this one has no usb input,but you can just as easily remove the sd card and slip it into a cpu card reader if...

This plays MP3 music files too....
I really like the "set record time" feature..Set it to record at a later time without having to push a button when the event/conference starts..

I am a musician and I take this thing to practices, and lessons. When I hook it up to my speakers the sound
is very good. I bought an SD card and just plug it into my computer with my universal USB/HC SD adaptor. It works great. It's very easy to transfer files.

I've dropped it couple of times and it's so lightweight that it didn't do any damage. If you need a portable, quick recording device for classes it's great, too because you can shift the sensitivity of the volume. I can get just as good a recording in class as I can at my drum lessons.

I love it.
