Backyard powerhouse
My neighbor got a power washer and has been using it sprucing up his front yard. I decided that I needed one, too. This item was also listed on eBay, apparently by the same company. the price was reasonable in both locales, but eBay charged twice as much ($62)to deliver, compared to the Amazon offer. Go figure. Complete Junk
Don't waste your money on these. Cheap parts. Unreliable. Unless you just need to use it once a year, I would stay away from these. I've received two over the last two years as gifts. Neither lasted a full year. All kinds of leak problems. Hose kinks. Wand malfunctions. Complete junk.

Backyard powerhouse, August 17, 2009
This review is from: GBG Power Electric Pressure Washer - Peak 2000 Psi
My neighbor got a power washer and has been using it sprucing up his front yard. I decided that I needed one, too. This item was also listed on eBay, apparently by the same company. the price was reasonable in both locales, but eBay charged twice as much ($62)to deliver, compared to the Amazon offer. Go figure. It arrived promptly, carefully packed. Take care to review the instructions. The vendors really need to include a video. I got it connected and took it for a shakedown cruise. After about 20 minutes of use, I was very impressed. The force of the water was great for clearing away surface dirt, cobwebs, etc., from the side of the house. It responded promptly to the controls.
A problem arose after about half an hour of spraying using the turbo lance. The force of the water caused the tip of the Turbo lance to fly off. It literally blasted loose from its threads, which are made of hard plastic! The unit comes with a second, adjustable nozzle, which I used to complete the job. I called Customer Service, which responded promptly. I got an RHB (real human being) on the phone who was most polite. He apologized for the mishap and promised to mail me a replacement part.
All told, a satisfactory encounter and a very good product. Warning: This is not a toy. I treat it the same way I do my 16-gauge shotgun.

Great Value for a very strong machine, September 9, 2009
This review is from: GBG Power Electric Pressure Washer - Peak 2000 Psi
I've owned several electric pressure washers over the years and this one is definitely the strongest of all - even those costing several hundred dollars and made by Karcher. As a reconditioned unit everything was included and everything works perfectly. I particularly like the hose reel for storing the pressure hose. It is an "active" reel in that the water is supplied through the reel so it doesn't need to be connected each time it's used. The pressure hose is the most flexible I've seen on a pressure washer which makes reeling it in a breeze. I'm glad it has wheels as it's a heavy unit. That's good as it doesn't tip over easily. The pressure is strong enough to get out dirt stains other machines can't touch. There is an adjustable wand that goes from a wide fan pattern to a pinpoint jet and a "Turbo" wand, both included. For about [...] delivered this is an excellent deal.

Warning on GBG 2000. Stay away from this peice of garbage!, August 5, 2010
This review is from: GBG Power Electric Pressure Washer - Peak 2000 Psi
Bought this GBG 2000 power washer in January 2010, it stopped working after 2 weeks, tried to contact vendor and GBG countless times by phone and e-mail and never received a response. Finally returned it for credit now its August and I still have not received my money or any response from seller. If you want to save yourself agravation and countless hours of effort in trying to rectify a problem stay away from the GBG 2000 or any of their products. Worst product I ever purchased. Can't beleive Amazon allows such a peice of junk in their marketplace.

Pressure Washer, May 10, 2010
This review is from: GBG Power Electric Pressure Washer - Peak 2000 Psi
Product works great once I swapped the plastic quick connection to the recommended brass one. I had to contact customer service and they resolved the quick connect issue very quickly. This unit has more power than other electric models. It is also fairly quite.
