Big Things Come IN Small Packages
It really takes a lot to impress me but this little card really does the job. I bought it to use with my new Creative Zen player and it is great. Fast access and readily accepted by both my player and card reader. Not a problem to be had and yes it is value for the money.
Most likely will buy a couple more in the near future

Speed grade may not be correct
Watch out! May be inferior product. I got a speed grade class 2 (slow) even though package says class 6 (fast).
I bought two of these A-DATA 16GB Turbo SDHC "Class 6" memory cards for my Canon Vixia HF-100 camcorder. I put them in (one at a time -duh) and the HF-100 reports one card as CLASS 6 -Yeah!, but the other as CLASS 2 -Boo!

A real disappointment for me as the HF-100 needs class 4 or better to record in FXP mode. I get a nasty popup on the view finder "Class 2 memory. Cannot record in FXP mode". Bummer!
I can't help but throw in the specutation on how they are able to get such a great cost and beat the competition: buy reducing quality, accepting more marginal parts in their test programs, and use tier II foundaries. There are lots of ways to cut cost in production, but in the end it comes to quality. I am certain that every part that leaves the factory is tested, that is normally how semiconductors are fabricated, so why then did the part I receive not meet spec? Surely it must be because the parts are marginal and they are not testing all corner cases. Certainly companies like SanDisk who have a much broader business at risk would not risk lowering quality standards to achieve short profit gains.
In conclusion, if you want a 16GB part and are willing to take some risk on performance (speed/integrity) this might be the part for you.
If you absolutely need Class 6, and cannot be bothered to ship things back when they don't work - like me, or are very concerned about data integrity, you may want to go with a more well known supplier who has an established qualty record and name to uphold.
I should rate this product a 1 because of the performance issues, but in the end I was able to use the slower speed part in my Casio Exilim EX-Z1050 camera and it works ok there (no speed grade requirement on that camera). So I manage to salvage a bad situation.
Now I am going to order another 16GB card. This time I will try Transcend. Ha! No they are not SanDisk! But the HF-100 recognized a Transcend 8GB card I had laying around as a class 6, so maybe the 16GB will be ok too. I know I am taking some risk with Transcend too, but I just can't bring myself to fork out the dough for SanDisk. After I loose all my vacation videos and pics I may reconsider my penny pinching tactics though -we'll see.
Update: the two Transcend 16GB parts were recognized my the HF-100 just fine

While this in no way reflects on Amazon.com, which has always provided superior service, I do want to point out that this item should not be sold by Amazon.
I purchased this item to be used in my Canon sd780is. I tested it by recording a 20min HD video and taking several pictures. I transfered them to computer and then back to the card. Appeared to work perfectly.
On the day my son was born I was ready with my new camera and new 32gb Adata memory card(tested). I took several pictures and video which appeared to be stored fine. When I went to access the pics and video the camera message read "memory card error". When I got home and put the card in the computer, the computer no longer reconized the card at all.
I trusted this card and tested it myself. It let me down and lost moments that now are only preserved in my mind. I would have liked to share those moments with others; maybe my son years from now. I would not trust this product nor this company with anything that might be important to you.
I've been sticking with San Disk since and havent had a problem. Now I know why they get a premium.

I used this card in my Panasonic HDC-SD5 camcorder for a week for testing before the Christmas party. It worked fine for that week, but saddly it started to give error during recording at the party on tripod mount. I turned off the camcorder and turned it back on, the camcorder says "Reparing Data", and after a minute it starts to record for few seconds and then "Card Error" appears again. After that, the card complete died on me. The card now doesn't read by usb card reader anymore. I tested the camcorder with Sandisk card and worked fine but as soon as I popped this one in, "Card Error" appears and wouldn't record. Its life span was only a little more than a week. I wish A-Data has better quality control before releasing this to the public. Should've spend more money to get a better card. The money saved wasn't worth the video lost. Lesson learned.

Paid $63 plus shipping. Put it in new camera, and it displayed a CARD ERROR. Other SDHC cards worked perfectly in the camera. Tried the ADATA in another digital camera that accepts SDHC cards and also got a CARD ERROR message. Would not respond to a format command either. Didn't show up when I put it in a USB attached SDHC card reader on the computer.
Perhaps some people had better luck, but the company obviously doesn't test these cards before they send them out.

When I went to purchase this card I was a bit skeptical on the price - which almost seemed too good. I've been using Sandisk and Transcend SD and SDHC cards for a few years with no issues. However, the price and speed reeled me in.
I used this card for about two weeks without issue. Took some video on a new Panasonic SDR-S26 and was able to move the files to my Vista PC and XP PCs. No problems. The card was fast and I used it approximately 7-8 times over a two week period. I was able to view the video files on my PCs and was starting to feel comfortable with the purchase.
Today I received the dreaded "Memory Card Error" on my Panasonic SDR-S26 and cannot view the files from any of the PCs I own (Vista and XP). Each time the PC just freezes up until I remove the card. I would suggest going with a higher quality product.

card "seemed" like a good value until it FAILED COMPLETELY within 3 days of starting to use. "Memory Card Failure" reported by camera. Data lost forever. Cannot read with camera or memory card reader. CANNOT EVEN REFORMAT CARD!

Camera was getting warm while shooting video for 20 minutes straight, but camera has never previously had trouble with other cards, even when getting warm.
It is as if the inner circuitry had "melted" or shorted out. Camera will not even boot up if tab on side of card is in "lock" position; or, with tab in usual position so you can write to card, it just says "memory card failure". Cannot even recover lost data or reformat from the computer, let alone from the camera. It is now a useless piece of trash.
My 16.GB card from same brand (but different seller thru amazon) seems ok, but this 32.GB card (from amazon directly) FAILED totally. Pity, it seemed like a good price :(

I bought this card from another online storefront, but I am trying to warn others of how unreliable this card is. YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR DATA EVENTUALLY! It happened to me twice! It works fine for the first couple of weeks or possibly months, but the card will ultimately fail and take everything stored inside with it. It does not perform as specified, the card is slow for HD recording (no way it is truly class 6), and the RMA service is a joke. When my first card failed, I had to contact A-Data of Taiwan because this was the only email address listed on their website. They took 2 weeks to respond to my emails, and even then I didn't receive any response about sending the card in, just worthless tips and troubleshooting inquiries. After almost 2 months, A-Data finally updated their page with contact email for USA customer service, and I was finally able to contact someone that spoke English and got my card RMA'ed. Unfortunately, the second card died on me too after a month.
The positive reviews you see around the net are only there because people put up reviews after using the card for only a week or less. This card is a disposable, and will fail after using it for a while longer. Do not use it for vacation photos, family pictures, once in a lifetime events or anything. You won't even be able to backup your data in time because it will fail WHILE you are taking photos/video. Even the NAND chips completely fail, so you can't salvage anything with professional data recovery service.

Too slow for hi-def video. I have a much older 2gb SD card which is much faster than this supposedly class 6 SDHC card - I really find it hard to believe that it can read or write at 6mbps or higher. Complete waste of money.
