Bought this on Amazon a few weeks ago but the seller was actually TigerDirect. It was just delivered and I immediately noticed that it is USED. There are nicks and scratches galore all over this item and it seems to have a build up of ear wax already on it. YUCK!

Before I purchased it I looked at TigerDirect's website for this item and it explained that "Bulk Pack" just meant that it didn't come in the original packaging, NOT that it was a USED product! I've since looked again and restudied the info on Amazon for this item and could not find anywhere that it mentions that this is a USED product that you are buying. No mention of it being refurbished or anything.

I'm not even sure how well the item does or does not work (it is currently charging). I am extremely put off by the fact that it is USED however. Sometimes I have purchased "reconditioned" or USED products in the past, but I like to know that this is what I am buying beforehand.

I've heard bad things about TigerDirect and this is the first time I've made a purchase from them. Since I feel that they misrepresented this item, it will also be the last.

The blue tooth was defective so I'm very disappointed I will not recommend this company

I have owned this product for 1 or 2 years now and it is not the best bluetooth headset on the market. When I wear it people complain that I sound like I am on speakerphone and/or they cannot hear me. People also complain that I sound like I am cutting in and out. These same people generally do not make the same speakerphone complaint when I am actually ON the speakerphone.

Sound Quality = OK
People being able to hear me = Below satisfaction
Battery Life = Extremely Good!
Comfort = OK (Comes with 2 separate ear pieces & is lightweight. BUT your ear does get sore if worn for an extended length of time).

The only reason I looked this item up was to view how others rated it, since I was curious if others experienced the same problems as I have, but the current reviews only complain of misleading item descriptions by tiger direct and not the actual product itself.

I've been a regular customer here in amazon for quite awhile, no complains at all, when i bought this item was surprised by the low price being marked as 'new'(it is January 12 2010 9:08 pm EST and still appears on the page marked as 'new')however when i receive it the package was open and according to the manual additional ear buds should come with the headset and they are missing. My rate is not based on the quality of the product, as for now its is working as expected and has a very good battery life, my review is based on the bulk package description that definitely should be changed to USED.
