sounds great but wear's awful
electronic side of the product is good, the problem is on the mechanical headset side. They had strapped and support peace are very cheaply fabricated making them uncomfortable to wear with anticipated short life of use. would not recommend if you are planning on using the head strap.

I initially had problems, but they were my fault. I didnt read the instructions completely and when the light flashed red, I thought it was a battery problem. As it turns out, it indicated that it had disconnected from my cellphone's bluetooth system. I reconnected and it worked really well. My cell has disconnected a few times, but lately, it works well, I'm at a loss when I dont have it on. The noise cancelling works really well. The amplication on the earphone is great and compensates for my age-related hearing loss. A really great unit, feels good wearing it, not sure I'd wear it in the food store, but is it any worse than any of the earpiece units you see being used now? If I lost it would I buy another one? Yes...100% yes.

This is the best product. It totally blocks out any background noise. My husband drives a semi and when I talk to him I cannot here the noise of the semi. It is wonderful.

I'm a truck driver and anybody that I talk to says I sound like I'm in a quiet room. I bought one for my wife and she won't use anything else......(she hates the jawbone...both models). I would say it's the best sounding with voice and hearing bluetooth wireless unit out there.

This has the best noise cancellation features of any other bluetooth headset I have ever tried. This headset is a little cumbersome if you are going to be out and about with it, but the noise cancellation is awesome. I was outside in the wind beside a running tractor engine talking to the John Deere mechanic with the blue parrot headset and he said that he couldnt even register that the tractor was running. By far the best noise cancellation you can find.

THis product is the best ever headset. I spend hours on the phone as I work with animals and need to have my hands free. I can hear my clients well and they can hear me. I wear it everywhere and people look at me funny but who cares I can time is money and when I can hear my clients it makes it better. The battery life is so good who else give you 10 hours of talk time...

I've tried several different hands-free devices both corded and cordless. And working in the noisy cab of a truck, I've always been disappointed. Either I can't hear the caller, or they can't hear me over the background noise. The Blue Parrott totally solves these problems. I usually end up turning the volume "down" as the person I'm listening to is too loud!! And I've had people tell me they don't believe I'm in the truck as they can't hear any background noise!
Battery life is great!! I can go a 2-3 days without charging it.
I would definitely recommend this item to anyone needing a hands-free device.
