We bought this elliptical because a). it was cheap. b). seemed like it was small enough to fit into a tight space.

For the money, this is a great product. There are absolutely no bells and whistles. However, if your goals it not to have lots of gadgets and gizmos while you work out, and still get a good work out (the product tells you the time you have been on the machine, distance, and calories burned) - then this is for you.

The product has the movable arms while your feet are doing the elliptical work. The only criticism I have is that the arms are rather close to the body as you work out, so therefore if you are wearing an open sweatshirt or have headphone on, be careful as the arms might brush up against your earphones wires or get caught in the open fabric of the sweatshirt. This is only because the product is so compact and therefore is a lot closer to the body than other machines might be.

The assembly was quick and easy, and it is light weight enough that we can move it about the room on an individual basis.
