Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Norton AntiVirus 2012 - 1 User [Download] [Old Version] (Software Download)
I already had Norton, which was about to expire so I downloaded this (though I was worried because of all the bad reviews). I thought it didn't work at first because it still said I had 1 day remaining. I tried uninstalling, and reinstalling Norton, but the old subscription was still active (for 1 more day). Then I tried this:All you have to do is open Norton (click on the icon) and click on Renew. Then click on I HAVE A PRODUCT KEY TO ENTER. Enter the product key and you're set for another year. I didn't give it 5 stars just because instructions were not provided with the download. Otherwise, everything looks fine. Comments

Lori, your comment encouraged me to download this but after downloading, to my surprise, it told me i had just 15 days of protection instead of 1 year as i expected. why is that?
