This item is ideal for the person who likes to travel and carries a carry on bag. I have a large leather bag I put my netbook in (and this slips in perfectly & takes up minimal space). I can still put my crochet projects in too, along with my iPod, and essentials. I gave it 4 stars only because it would be perfect if it did have a clip on strap. Only because you may not want to carry it as a clutch or put it in another bag, and just want use it as an over the shoulder type case.
