No it doesn't. It has 4 inputs for standard ethernet inputs and one output to go to a non- wifi dsl or cable modem. You can buy wifi devices to plug into usb connectors if your tv has a usb slot. That might allow your tv to work with it via wifi.

I refer you to http://home.cisco.com/en-apac/products/routers/e1200 . Here you can see an image of the backside of the router showing the sockets available. There are 4 Ethernet output sockets, but no HDMI. I use both a Wii (which has built-in WiFi capability) and a DVD player (which has built-in WiFi capability) to access the Internet for my TV. I hope this answers your question.
