It's mate so it doesnt slip under stylus pen. I really like it. I would say yes :)

It feels like you are writing on smooth paper with a pen that glides, which I like.

Yes. It's not slippery like glass. I like it a lot Also it does not collect finger prints and cuts way down on glare. Good product.

I love my note and use it everyday and even draw on it. I didn't like this product and really like the Armorsuit. I guess it comes down to personal preferences because others liked this product. I found it to make my screen fuzzy and promptly pitched it and used another shield until I finally decided to try the Armorsuit after watching a how to video. Switched note, tab and kindle to it. Good luck you might like it like the other reviewers did.

When writing it's very smooth and does not slip as easily as it would on glass alone. I really can't compare it to paper, but it is like I said before, it's really smooth and no loss of responsiveness.
