I have a neck injury that causes constant, severe neck & shoulder spasms. I've tried everything over the years and found nothing that helps ease the spasms for more than a few minutes. Then I tried this a couple of weeks ago and it really does help. BUT, the manufacturer's price is ridiculous for the minuscule amount you get (& I bought the big thirty-four dollar roll-on one). I'm lucky to get 4 applications with it (which makes it almost nine bucks per application!!!!!!). I would give it 5 stars for how well it works, but the price made me give it only 3 stars (I thought strongly about giving it 4 stars, though). Price will kill this fine product if the manufacturer doesn't lower the price to be more comparable to other name brand OTC rubs. The amount in the bottle really is laughable to be OTC (name brand prescription ointments look dirt cheap up side this). Hopefully the manufacturer drops the price drastically.

I bought the product after the recommendation from a friend. Both my wife and I use it for sudden leg cramps at night. It works in 15 to 30 seconds as advertised. We are both very satisfied and recommend its use.
