This review is from: 7 seconds till eternity (Paperback)
A friend recommended this book to me and told me it would make an impact. I never expected it to be so impacting as it was. The author really gives an honest look at how much we really miss in life when we think that "tomorrow is another day" without giving any thought that we may be breathing our last breath.
Six different stories from six different walks of life are told. Each with their own hopes and dreams, fears and loves. In the end each is unable to escape the final act of life...the act of dying. The Soul Collector, Zach, is there as each emerges from their "7 seconds" of transition between life and death and guides them through their first moments of the afterworld. As each person's fate starts to sink into them, Zach answers the questions they ask and sends them on to their own eternal fates. After reading this book, I now cherish those little things just a bit more. It has made me aware that, in the end, we only realy have our memories that are ours. Everything else means nothing once the Soul Collectors come looking for us. A very deserving five stars for this book!!!!!!!!!!
