Everything was good upon arrival. Only thing I would say is that both of these are narrower than I thought

Pretty, but badly packed
I placed two orders for these. The first one was well packed, and I love the color- which is (imo) more red than is pictured. But the second order came without packing! It sounded like a wind chime- I didn't even bother to open the package. I sent it back, and got a credit. I have learned, with Amazon, that they will just keep sending things out badly packed. Too small to be considered platters,

These dishes are way too small to be considered "platters" -- they're so narrow you could put a single banana on it and it'd take up the whole dish.
In addition, the actual color of these plates ("heaven" is the name of the color we got) is not even CLOSE to the robin's egg blue pictured here. It's a more drab/neutral powder blue. I felt totally mislead by the photos on this site.

So if you want to play roulette with the packaging Gods, by all means, order this- it IS pretty. I love it. I just don't have the energy or the time to play post office with Amazon.
