A must read,
This review is from: A Shepherd's Life Impressions of the South Wiltshire Downs (Kindle Edition)
I grew up in Wiltshire and although this was written about a Wiltshire long before my time it really brought it all back to life for me. The descriptions of the wildlife and the beautiful countyside were so real. This book is a lovely venture down memory lane. Made me want to read more by this gifted author.
