GUESHE KELSANG GYATSO, ilustre erudito y maestro de meditación, nació en el Tíbet y reside en el Reino Unido desde 1977. En este libro encontré de qué manera tomar conciencia de la muerte transforma y enriquece nuestra vida, lo había escuchado antes, pero no había encontrado enseñanzas tan claras e inspiradoras.
Por otro lado, este libro me ha ayudado mucho a entender el proceso de mi propia muerte, lo que me permite prepararme sin misterios que inabiliten mi capacidad de actuar; pero, sobre todo, ha sido un manual invaluable al momento de enfrentar pérdidas de seres queridos. Qué confortante saber claramente qué hacer en una situación tan difícil.

Esta es una obra ideal para todos aquellos que desean o tienen la enorme incognita de que es lo que pasa despues que morimos. Como hacer que la muerte no sea una tragedia sino un gozo y ademas, nos muestra como vivir una vida con proposito y no vivir por el mero hecho de que estamos aqui. Para los que somos partidarios del budismo y para los que no es una obra que debe leerse y que no debe faltar en nuestra libreria.
