is the single disc version worth it?

This seems a bargain price for "Lawrence of Arabia," if the wide screen ratio is correct and if the picture quality is correct. Anyone have comments on the version that's on this page - the single disc version? Thanks.

If you only want the film then go with the single but if you like extras go for the two disc. The two disc also has slightly better picture quality.

Okay, thanks, this has me perplexed also. The 2008 Collector's Edition ($11.99) says it has an aspect ratio of 2.55:1 and 2 discs.

The 2001 release ($6.86) says 2-discs and Widescreen but no aspect ratio. (Any idea?)

And the single disc ($6.49) says aspect ration 2.20:1

The prices will change of course but I'm guessing the 2008 will be the best buy for the dvd verson? Aspect and picture quality?
