From the supplier: National concern over Lloyd's of London's mounting losses and management reform program reached a paranoid height at a press conference, when a television reporter implied financially suspicious and devious reasons to a truck removing papers for shredding from Lloyd's offices at 4 a.m. The truck driver allegedly used a passport to pick up the papers. Investigation of the incident disclosed that the pickup was merely part of Lloyd's environmental policy to recycle paper, the 'passport' was an off-hour entry identification card and the mysterious time for the transaction had been set by the trucking company.
