Hi, as far as I know this device is not waterproof. Worked out of the box on a MacBook. Image quality is decent given the price.

The first 2.5 inches or so are rigid, so it would depend on the diameter of the bend. Also as far as I know, it's only waterproof up to the handle.

It is quite thin, will fit almost everywhere, but in dark areas the LEDs on the end of the snake seem to be too dim to lit large area, but close-by everything is out of focus.
