Unless otherwise noted, ALL items ship USPS FCM mail delivery (first class or priority - our choice) with a Delivery Confirmation number * Large goods MAY ship UPS or FEDEX with tracking number and insurance.
Non-deliverable as Addressed or Refused Orders:
Should an order be refused at time of delivery or is found non-deliverable by USPS or UPS based on the address and non-deliverable and/or not received we do not reship.

The customer is responsible to correct and choose a proper ship address (adding an correct UNIT/APT numbers on ship to address, etc.) during checkout via Amazon,if the item is sent back to us or our shipping warehouse, a refund credit will be issued LESS a 20% restocking fee if shipped USPS, and LESS the 2 way shipping charge we incur when UPS of FEDEX is used to ship item.

Return Policy

Return Policies:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days.
  • All returns incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Soft Claw returns, if found resalable, sent back after 90 days will incur a restock fee of 35% to cover glue replacements.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable (This does not apply for items with Free Shipping).
  • You must return item in the same condition as  received; all contents and quantities of the product must be sent back in unused condition.
  • Returns MUST be in UNUSED and resalable condition; manufacturer's original packaging cannot be ripped up (non resalable), damaged or completely missing.
  • If the return and packaging does not meet these criteria, we and our manufacturers do reserve the right to destroy, refuse, deny (no refund) or partially refund with a 80% restock fee.

Items Not Returnable:

  • Items displaying usage or wear, missing parts, (found with pet hair, dander, urine or feces).
  • Items that have been modified, tampered, damaged by consumer or pet, (chew marks, scratch marks, etc.). 

Exchanges: "SOFT CLAWS ONLY"

  • Soft Claws nail caps that are in NEW and Unused Complete with all content quantities (40 nail caps 2 glues and 6 tips (if applicable) and are in resalable condition, can be exchanged with a small $2.98 per pack reship fee, please contact us for exchange instructions.(no restock fee)

Un-deliverable as Addressed, Refused Orders & Ship To Address:

  • If an order has been shipped to address given to us at during checkout and found incorrect during the delivery process and reaching a delivery exception; if item is returned it will be treated as a return. (see return policy),Shall an order be found refused at time of delivery or UN-deliverable customer error or by USPS or UPS based on the address and UN-deliverable and/or not received we do not reship.
  • The customer is responsible to contact Amazon to update or correct Ship To address during checkout, and choose the proper ship to address (adding an correct UNIT/APT numbers on ship to address, etc.) during checkout via Amazon, if the item is sent back as UN-deliverable as addressed.
