Franck Latty, Ph.D. (2005) in Law, University Paris X- Nanterre, is a Lecturer at the latter University. He has published on public international law and on sports law including Le Comite international olympique et le droit international (Montchrestien, 2001). Franck Latty, docteur en droit de l'Universite Paris X-Nanterre (2005), est maitre de conferences dans cette meme universite.
