Finally ordered this Beach Cabana and finally received it and here in the lovely Pacific Northwest we are currently having our coldest, wettest summer ever so haven't tried it out on the lake yet. Even so, the item appears to be good quality and durable. If I ever get it out on the water, I'll let you know how it holds up to average use. As for the customer service from Sportsstuff, I would suggest going with a different company if you can. The order went through June 6th, my credit card was charged June 11th and the item was to be shipped out within days according to the web page. After a couple weeks I contacted them and was told it would be shipped on June 24th. When that date came and went I contacted them again and this time was told it would be shipped on July 11th. Every time I asked why it was taking so long I would get an answer that had nothing to do with my question. Really frustrating. Finally, I wrote and told them I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund. Once they received my message it shipped out immediately. Go figure.
