This review will be short; I have been looking for a thick undershirt that is basically a white t-shirt for a while now. Tried a few things at Costco that turned out to be too thin or too soft feeling... I like that T-Shirt feel.

The Beefy T's are exactly that, very happy with my purchase.

Also, if you are in your 30s and 40s and have more a stomach than you wish you did and need a slightly longer shirt that tucks in nicely... this is probably what you are looking for -- I wish I didn't have to add this sentence, but alas, I did :)

I like the Beefy-T and have worn them a few years. Hanes has been a good brand for me but I wasn't that happy with this batch, I bought 3 of them. They say they're "preshrunk" but something went wrong here, I washed them in cold water, as I do all new clothing, and they SHRUNK! How the heck does that happen in cold water? Oh well, I need to shed a few pounds anyway. It will all work out!

Bought these as my daily Gym work out shirts. 100% cotton like these shirts works amazingly well at wicking sweat. The tagless tag letters fell off after about 5th wash but doesn't matter that much to me. Good price if bought in bulk/large quantities. Have had for a few months and all black shirts hold black color well. Good thickness on cotton.

Good loose fit and heavy material, But loose threads that pull out after first washing. Poor construction - made in Haiti.

I have purchased about a dozen of these shirts in the last year. Like all things, the manufacturer looks for ways to save on the production cost of goods. The result: the shirts were weighed on a small scale and they are about 20% less than the last set, about the same weight as a normal tee, not real "Beefy"

I ordered this shirt and it showed up rolled up into a ball and stuffed into a clear plastic bag. No original Hanes packaging at all. After opening there was a bunch of loose threads hanging off. Definitely makes me suspect of the whole thing. There is a Hanes logo screen printed in it, but since there's no packaging, who knows if it really is Hanes or not. I also found the neck hole larger than other tshirts I own. Disappointed, but since it was only $10 I'll just keep it for painting or something.

I am very pleased with this shirt. The material feels a lot softer than that of regular Hanes t-shirts.
Have another one on the way!!

They fit perfectly when I took them out of the box, but after one washing on cold and tumble dry on low, they all shrunk up to one size smaller. Beware. Buy one size too big if you ever plan to wash these.

I'm very please with all the shirts I've ordered and I've ordered a lot. They are made well and are heavy to be worn as outer shirts if you so choose or layer them under something else for a splash of color!

These T's are a bit on the small side and the cotton is not as soft and doesn't have the thread count I am used to in Hanes.
Usually I like these T's but they seem small and less comfortable than my past experience with these shirts.
