Haynes changed their sizing in late 2012
on February 21, 2014
I've been wearing Haynes long sleeved Beefy-Ts for over 20 years. Sometime in late 2012, Haynes switched from tagged (i.e., the white label showing the shirt size) to tagless (think decal) shirts. At the same time, for some unknown reason, they changed the sizing/cut of their shirts. Now their large which I've worn for years, is too big! In addition, their medium is too small at the sleeve. For years men's clothing sizes were always consistent. A Haynes large was the same as an Arrow, Etc. Now each manufacturer has different versions, except for Haynes which retained their consistency. Now they've crossed over with poor inconsistent quality. "If it's not broke, don"t fii it" Haynes, why did you "fix it"? The good news is I found Gildan shirts fit like the old Haynes, bye bye Haynes!
