I ordered this item on Aug 4th for my son, we recieved it in with a huge hole on top of the beani, I dont understand how that was missed it was a good 3 inch rip. We sent it back for an exchange and today over a month later I get an email stating they are now out of stock! Wow, that sucks! This is the 2nd item ordered from Tillys that was defective, who ships the stuff out? You would think they were alittle more cautious on the items being sent, well thanks for nothing!

It's my favorite hat, but after a couple weeks of geting it, the inside seams started to unravel. I fixed it by just tying the strings together, but it was quite disappointing. A las, I'll probably buy more of their products anyway, because they're super awesome.
