I ordered 60 of these to use in my pe classes and so far they have worked good. All of the functions have worked as advertised and they have held up to jr high kids well. This is basic though, if you are looking for more exact results based on you as an individual you will need to pay a little more.

This small device is good enough for its price.

Pros:
- It is really cheap. I will not be too sad if I lose it accidentally (I lost recently the New Balance slim-version of pedometer).

Cons:
- It is not that easy to open its cover to take a look at the display.
- It does not count steps accurate if it is not in "vertical position". You should hang it on you belt, as an example, to make it work properly. It will miss some steps if being placed just in your jean's pocket.

Overall - I just like it.

This is a great little pedometer very small yet powerful. I can't tell I'm wearing it. It's multifuntions are great you can see how many steps ,miles and colories your useing. most only give how many steps your taking. This was a great buy.

My good wife like a pedometer that does lots of things, but all I want is steps per day. This one does this and seems very accurate. I know my stride length so a simple calculator gets me distance. The case seems rather fragile but so far is holding up. I like the fact that I can open the case and check the reading without removing it from my belt.
Update. I really like this better as time goes by, It has an automatic shut down when it is at rest so it saves the battery. As soon as you move it, the numbers come back on.

I ordered this pedometer couple of months ago and I wear it almost everyday. It is simple but works well, I tested it few times while counting steps in my head and it generally shows the right number of steps. I am thinking net to buy a more fancy version that syncs with my computer.

I think this works great. It may not be 100% accurate, but it's very close. I'm sure there are other devises that have more functions and may be more accurate, but they can be quite expensive. This does exactly what I needed and at a great price.

Can't beat the price or usability! I put mine on my shoe for the best accuracy but works well on the waist if placed just right! I'll stick with the shoe placement! I highly recommend this item for its price and ease!!!

A nice, inexpensive pedometer. It does what it promises. I got bright green since that would be easiest to find in a jumble of clothing...

Recommended.

This device was terribly inaccurate. It counted one and a half steps for every one I took. I tried again, to see if I was doing something wrong - it measured one and two thirds steps for every one of mine. I made several more tests, with other persons walking. Each time it registered a different number of steps than the walker took. The percentage varried. I returned the device, and was pleased with Amazon's prompt refund. Amazon is great, but the device was at the opposite end of the spectrum!
