Amazon sent me the wrong color boots. They sent me a brown color. I went out of my way to email Amazon first to make sure the color is black and size is 11 right after I ordered them, so they emailed me back saying yes that was correct and I will have no problem. Then yesterday I received a brown one. I was told that the size and the black color does not exist anymore, maybe someone bought them.
No one at the customer service wanted to do anything more, I was told that there was no supervisor on duty because customer service is on remote location. They kept on disconnecting my call when I asked a very simple questions which was " How do the customer service and the Fulfillment Center at Amazon communicate before they grantee any product? and I'd like to speak to a supervisor" After these questions they disconnect my calls.
Apparently when Amazon writes "This product is backed by Amazon" It does not mean anything!
