MY 11 YEAR OLD SON ASKED FOR THESE FOR HIE BIRTHDAY. I could/should have ordered them from a different place. This is the second time in a few months I have been burned from 3rd party sales. I order the majority of items purchased for myself, family and friends from Amazon. The shoes came rather quickly and I immediately wrote requesting info for a return because they did not fit properly. My son liked them so much he wanted to keep them just to say he has them(he now owns them in a correct size). If this company would have answered, I would have been very happy to reorder/exchange them. Ten days later, I wrote them again, no response. I contacted AMAZON directly and I was sent a message from 'Dress Code' with directions to return. I followed the letter to the word. PROBLEM #1) SHOES ARRIVED TO US, IN A SHOE BOX THAT HAD GLUE FROM PRIOR LABELS -- IT STATES IN THE RETURN INFO THAT THIS IS BA REASON THEY CAN REFUSE A REFUND!! PROBLEM#2) i CONTACTED AMER XPRS TO LET THEM KNOW WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE AND 'DRESS CODE TOLD THEM, 'THE ITEM WAS NEVER RECEIVED. PROBLEM#3) AMAZON SERVICES JUST CONFIRMED THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED BY DRESS CODE ON SEPTEMBER 16TH.
I WOULD WARN ANYONE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY TO TAKE PICTURES IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE FIX OF AN ARTICLE AND TO BE DILIGENT IF YOU RETURN SOMETHING TO MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED BY YOU. THIS IS BA COMPANY THAT APPARENTLY DOES NOT HAVE MUCH CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. i AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR THAT THEY HAVE RETURNED THE COST OF MY SHOES. I WISH I COULD SUBTRACT STARS FOR THE
GAME PLAYING ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING SHOES TO ME IN A BOX THAT WAS ALREADY IN A "USED" CONDITION. THIS IS THEFT. WHY SHOULD THEY GET ANYTHING TO RESTOCK THIS ITEM WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY RETURNED IN THE TIME LIMIT AND IN THE EXACT CONDITION IT WAS SHIPPED?
