For Capri pants you are usually wearing them in warmer weather and I found the material to be too thick and stiff. These are Jeans. Maybe they would soften when you wash them but I did not want to take the chance since they also seamed like they would not breath well in warm/hot weather so, they went back. I also order the Lee Women's Natural Fit Kennedy Pull On Capri and I found those to be more comfortable. I do love the pull-on (elastic) waist band on both. Oh, so comfortable and no zipper/button bulge if you are wearing a thin or tight top over the waist.

These are wonderful. So soft and well made. They fit well, do not gap at the waistline and fit close to the thigh and calf. The rise is nice and covers well. I want to get the jeans ones too. I like the sturdy fabric. It breathes better than sport capris and looks better too. I have some very nice lace and hanky hem tunics that I bought these to go with and they do very well. I like them better than the ponte or knit pants and capris because they don't snag so I can go out and sit on a lawn or garden bench and not be afraid of ruining them. The quality of sewing and the cut of the garment are excellent. Lee quality that lives up to a very good reputation. Lee is making larger sizes for curvier women now and they are doing and excellent job.

Ever since I was in college Lee jeans and other products have fitted me well whereas the other famous brands were off in various places and seemed to change their sizing policies. Lee's Capri's were well made - sturdy fabric, neat seams, deep pockets, generally a good fit. The waist was a little tight, but that may be just me!
