CRI & startup delay? What is the CRI for these bulbs.

How much time do they take after powering on to reach their maximum brightness?

Thanks

A
I've tried but don't notice much if any of a startup delay. I'd say they are at nearly 90% brightness instantly.

Take their specifications with a grain of salt, their wattage ratings are completely off, who is to say they aren't fudging the numbers elsewhere?
