I found De-stressing 101 to be simply amazing. Once I picked it up I could not put it down; it is really great stuff! I was hooked from the first word. It was extremely easy to understand and follow. I appreciated the ease with which it read. It explained the mechanism of stress and gave me very simple and effective tools to release my stress and also to avoid becoming stressed out.
