Great dvd...
This dvd is very thorough in showing how to make sushi. I am learning a lot of detailed work in making sushi. It's been much better than expected and money was well spent. I recommend it to any aspiring sushi chefs...

DVD-R recordable media doesn't work for this product
Unfortunately because it is not a professionally created DVD, it will not work for everyone. My "copy" does not work on any DVD player I have, my Xbox360, nor my computer. I wish they had put the "This product is manufactured on demand using DVD-R recordable media. Amazon.com's standard return policy will apply." at the top of the description instead of down at the...

Unfortunately because it is not a professionally created DVD, it will not work for everyone. My "copy" does not work on any DVD player I have, my Xbox360, nor my computer. I wish they had put the "This product is manufactured on demand using DVD-R recordable media. Amazon.com's standard return policy will apply." at the top of the description instead of down at the bottom. My mistake, one which I will not make again.
Go for professionally made DVDs, not copies like this.
