I found this opinion from someone whom has actually "READ the BILL 3200"
Because of my disabilities and brain and spine problems not to mention PAIN I can not focus long enough to read the BILL. But this man did .

I received this e-mail recently and want to share it. There is a lot more wrong with this health care plan than just how it will be paid for. The government is going to infringe upon our right AGAIN.

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

One thing worth note:

Thimerosal is not the harmful form of mercury (methyl mercury), it is ethyl mercury which is rapidly excreted from the body and there is no evidence that ethyl mercury has any harmful effects (methyl mercury is bad because of long term exposure because it sticks around...since ethyl mercury is rapidly excreted it can't stick around to cause the long term effects).
