I'm very happy with my Kindle, I received it in France on september, 16. Now I have it since 87 days and I have yet read 67 books, some of them quite fat ! It's such a pleasure to read that I forget time and world around. I also correct the text of my own ebooks with a precision I never had before, reading on my MacBook's screen. I evangelise about Kindle on Twitter and Facebook and on my blog :
Always with my Kindle, in my pocket when I travel, in my bed most often :-)

Wow. More sales than all of 2009? The Kindle was launched in late August, so it has been out for over three months really, more than 73 days. I know production was taxed right after the launch. I guess the phrase "sellin' like hotcakes" applies here. (Were hotcakes a big item at one time? lol)

It looks like my mother will be joining the Kindle 3 craze. I bought her one of the great K2 deals during the Black Friday sale (the $120 refurb). She read on it and liked it. But I showed her my K3 alongside the K2, comparing features, and she is now trying my K3 out. She is smitten. (She is not effusive about it because she is very frugal-minded and feels guilty about wanting the upgrade, but I can tell she wants a K3. ha ha ha)
