what is the lowest temperature available on this model? I'm looking for a way to make yogurt at a setting of no higher than 110-115 degrees.

I would not use it for yogurt. Temperature is too hot. It is very easy to make yogurt in your oven. Turn on the oven light, put a pan of hot water (from faucet not boiling) in the oven and place your filled, covered yogurt containers in the pan of water. Close the door, leave the light on, and DO NOT open the door for 7 1/2 hours. I have used this method many, many times with great success. (I start out heating the milk to 200 degrees in a pan, let it cool to 110, stir in my starter (I use Yo'gourmet starter), pour it into jars, place on lids, and put jars in the pan of water.) Good luck.
