A friend convinced me to try this cleanse after giving it raving reviews. I followed the instructions to the letter, but the pills did not work at all, and therefore I could not get from Stage 1 to Stage 2 where you take the actual cleanser. I gave it several attempts with no luck. I requested a refund.

It seems like a good program but I think I got a bad batch of Blessed Herbs. FYI I am already very fit and healthy if that makes any difference.

I tried this over a year ago upon a suggestion from a hollistic Dr who was a client of mine, and I loved it. This was the first cleanse I had ever tried, and I was 100% committed, which you should be for any cleanse. I thought it worked like a charm. I never got sick nor was I in the bathroom all the time. I continued my day to day while taking the pills and drinking the stimulator, and I lost almost twenty pounds and felt amazing. I've been looking for it again recently and am so happy to have found it on Amazon. I'm ordering another kit for myself, and one for my mom to try. I think this is a wonderful product that works wonders if you follow the instructions and are mentally prepared. I can't rave enough about it!

TOO complicated! April 4, 2012

Honestly, I gave up after one day during the pre-cleanse phase. The amount of liquids to drink is absurd and I was up peeing all night. In addition, I've had bariatric surgery over a year ago and cannot possibly consume the required amount of fluids. This was a waste for me and I'm trying to sell it.
