beats the blues,
This review is from: TheBalm TimeBalm Concealer (Misc.)
I have intense permanent dark circles under my eyes, and had a very hard time finding anything to help. I actually stumbled across this product at Sephora, when I broke down and asked for intense help. This thing works wonders. I apply two layers, and a little tinted powder, and I'm set.The applicator sponge that came with it did not work well for me, so I use a concealer brush, which allows a lot more control. Use the brush to put it onto your skin, and your fingers to warm it up and pat it down. If it's a little too shiny for you, add a little powder on top, but be sparing, or it will be noticeable.

After the concealer I used for years was discontinued, I found this one and I'm very happy with it. I have very light skin, so it's hard to find a concealer that covers well, but doesn't leave dark spots. The coverage is great and it lasts all day without creasing. It's just as good or better as some of the more expensive brands, but you get so much more for the money.

I'm older and have very dark circles under my eyes and darkened lids due to past thyroid disease. My eyes often look tired and this is very aging. Using a concealer to diminish the aging effect and brighten around my eyes works wonders and takes years off my looks. Time Balm offers lightweight, sheer coverage for undereye darkness and covers the darkness on my lids. It's non-greasy and does not settle into fine lines and crevices. It stays put for the entire day and doesn't dry the tender, sensitive skin around your eyes. They also seem to have a wide variety of shades for many skin colors. It is probably not the right product for dark spot coverage (melasma, scars, freckles, etc.) as it is a bit too sheer and lightweight for that purpose. But for eyes, absolutely!

great,
i have tried a million different concealers for my under-eye circles and this one works great! It stays on all day and doesn't cake at all! Don't be afraid to try it!

Don't buy the hype,
This review is from: TheBalm TimeBalm Concealer (Misc.)
I'm so disappointed! There were such good reviews and hey, it's even supposed to be good for you skin, but it does not live up to the hype. It cost me $15 and it's not worth it at all. The texture of the product is the worst. It didn't spread smoothly and caked on my skin. I don't really even have any wrinkles, but when I put it on it creases like I do. I just wiped the bottom of my eye, and most of it just came off. It has horrible lasting power. It's a bit too yellow even for my Asian skintone, and the packaging is cheap, hard to get out, and prone to bacterial growths.

The best concealer ever!,

I have slightly problem skin, but the real problem is the red marks left by old zits. They stay for years. This concealer covers them magically. I love this product. I am planning on buying 2 more in lighter and darker shades for winter and summer months.

The only thing that works for me!,
This review is from: TheBalm TimeBalm Concealer (Misc.)
I have very pronounced dark circles under my eyes and have tried every concealer out there, and this is the only one that does what I want it to. I have oily skin and all makeup just tends to melt off my face, but this lasts all day and doesn't cake or crease.
