Unquestionably the best headset you can buy for a mobile phone, including the difficult to fit Blackberry and iPhone. This headset not only gives you great sound quality on your end, but the person at the other end is always amazed when you tell her you are on a headset, driving at highway speeds with the radio on. You can safely use this headset for the most important business conversations where you can't afford bad sound quality, background noise of any kind or misunderstandings. It's expensive but worth every cent. I bought a second one so I always have one in my office and one in my car. And yes -- I've tried dozens of bluetooth and other wired headsets. None come even remotely close to the sound quality of this one.

Good product, horrible customer service,

The product itself is good in concept. It is mostly comfortable although with soft ears, the over the ear model may fall off. There is an over the head model that may fit better. Unfortunately, it has not performed as promised on their website...yet...however I expect it will. The biggest issue with UME Voice is it's lack of commitment to customer service. There is certainly not a "can do" attitude that one would expect from a company that produces a premium headset--such as Bose. If you have a technical issue, apparently their policy is to take their time diagnosing the unit without a replacement being sent. Not the best to make sure the customer has something in the meantime. In my case it has taken over 80 days "in depot" and that is plain unacceptable. There is a point at which, as a company, I'd do whatever it took to get something to the customer to save face, regardless of responsibility. It's a shame to be so negative and I give them points for the product itself, little else.

My 3rd and last Boom snapped and is unuseable. The first went right away and was replaced under warrantee. This one lasted a year. Problem is that the earbud is connected to the boom by the thinnest possible sliver of plastic which will fail. Company needs to either make that tiny part out of metal or redesign it so it's not guaranteed to fail. Really too bad since the boom mike works great--clear and very little noise. But it needs to last at least as long as the phone. If it was $39 I wouldn't mind as much but it's $150.
