Is there any good cookbooks out there for an Electric Pressure Cooker? I'm having trouble finding something adapted to the newer electric pressure cookers. Help!

2 great pressure cooker books, both by Bob Warden - "Great Food Fast" and "Slow Food Fast".

Any pressure cooker book will work, you just need to increase the cooking time by about 1/3 if you have one of your grandmother's recipes. "Yesterday's" pressure cooker pressurized to 15 psi. Most of the electrics top out at 10 psi.

Thank you J.Clark! I appreciate your input. I'll try doing what you say and increasing the timing by one-third.

Look at the recipes at chefbrad.com, he uses an electric pressure cooker a lot (also stove top).

One of my favorites is Express Cooking by Bluestein and Morrissey. I've had it for about 8 years and just keep going back to it.
