Beyond Two Souls will probably be the last major release from SONY. And of course companies like EA and Activation are going to continue to release their sports game and maybe CoD and Battlefield on PS3.
yea, most likely....I mean, they supported and released PS2 games for a long time after PS3, actually, the last time I looked which was last year, they were even still releasing games...granted it was just 'Pro Evolution Soccer 2013', but it proves that sony consoles aren't ditched as soon as the next best thing comes along.
Beyond: Two Souls and Gran Turismo 6 and a few others along with most multi-platform games, even after the PS4 and XBox One are out the PS3 and XBox 360 are going to get a lot of multi-platform games for at least a year.
according to amazon, the ps4 titles will have ps3 versions, at least the initial ones. But those will be games designed for the next gen system, so they must lose something in the translation ... similar to how WWE games on PS3 were much better graphically than those on PS2, even though it was the same title.
Arkham Origins and Dark Souls II are only on current gen consoles and not next gen. Dark Souls II is set for March 2014 release. So I think there are still games coming out. Beyond: Two Souls is the last known Sony exclusive though.
But they're going to be gimped versions of those games. They won't look or run nearly as well on PS3 as they will on PS4 or X1. Cool that you can still buy them. But you won't be getting the same game.
Well, except for Ghosts. That game doesn't even look next gen.
