On the back of my case, it says that the remaster copyright date is 1998, however a Rock In Rio DVD coming soon advertisement came inside. My CD came in its jewel case with a slipcase over it that is the same as the artwork of the case. Is this like everyone else's?

It was originally remastered in 1998. In 2002 they slapped a slipcase on it and reissued it again. I have no idea why.

I have a Raw Power version copyrighted 1998. Is the sound between the '98 or '02 versions the same?

Any true Maiden fan would never put the two albumns (that suck ass!) without Bruce Dickinson in their top 5!
