why when i look throu the telescope i see things upside down . help please .

This is normal with reflector telescopes. If you want to use a scope for terrestrial (land) viewing, don't purchase this telescope but rather a pair of binoculars or a spotting scope.

Because you are looking at things from a mirror so everything will be reversed. You will get used to it in time.
