Is the "trick myself" scene missing on DVD?

P. Myers says:
My child opened up the DVD, put it right in and searched for the famous scene where Robin William's penguin tricks himself into jumping off the cliff. But the scene seemed to be missing. Instead of the "trick myself" dialogue, there was just his skating around then jumping off with a "MAMMA". My son is very dissappointed, and so am I. Are we missing something? We looked at chapter 12 of the DVD - are we in the wrong chapter? If not, why would they release a DVD with one of the best scenes changed?!
